The easiest way to stop a panic attack or anxiety attack is to breath. I know from experience you won’t want to do any Wim Hof breathing or holotrpic breathwork, but this is so easy you need to try it.
You are literally taking 10 breaths to clear your anxiety, depression and do therapy for your body and mind using your prana (breathing).
Trauma is trapped in our bodies, minds and in our emotions. We need to let it process out.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR 10 BREATHS
First this is best to be done seated or sitting down. Do not do it while operating a vehicle, do it where you’re not in danger of falling over or tripping over something. Like I said, it is best if done while laying down.
Take 10 Breaths, Fully in and Fully out. You can breath through the mouth or nose. Whatever you prefer.
On the 10th breaths inhale fully and hold that breath.
Try and not to put pressure in your head, but move the pressure into your body. You may feel euphoric here or faint. You may pass out slightly or feel light headed.
Hold that breath for about 20-30 seconds, or longer if you like.
If you start to feel too out of it or want to stop the feeling you’re experiencing start breathing normally and you’ll be back to normal in a few regular breaths.
If you want to repeat this process, do so 2-3 more times.
