This is a guide/journal on how in 3 weeks you can get to FREEZING temperatures in cold water. There are many benefits to Cold Water Immersion or the Wim Hof Method. The Ice Bath Benefits are almost too many to count. However, the key for me is meditation and the meditative states you get into when you’re able to relax in under 40F degree water. This is the training I do for getting into 32-36F water for 30mins every year.

Hopefully this helps and please be cautious when doing this.
